Esta no es m\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n la prepar\u00f3 @castroalejo en mi casa hace ya varias semanas. A mi no me gusta la berenjena, -\u00a1no me caigan por favor!- cada fan\u00e1tico de la berenjena me ha hecho probar su versi\u00f3n favorita y aunque ahora la puedo comer sin asco pues no, sigue sin encantarme. Pero debo decir, este plato estaba muy rico.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes (para 4 personas)<\/h3>\n<p>2 Berenjenas<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>Queso Mozarella en rodajas<\/p>\n<p>Salsa Pomodoro (pueden ver la receta <a title=\"Pasta al Pomodoro\" href=\"http:\/\/cocinadepalas.com\/?p=100\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Queso parmesano rallado<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelar y cortar las berenjenas en rodajas. Ponerles abundante sal y ponerlas en un colador por 30 minutos para eliminar el sabor amargo y deshidratar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fre\u00edr las berenjenas en aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poner las rodajas en un molde mediano, intercalando con capas de queso mozarella.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terminar con la salsa pomodoro y el queso parmesano.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gratinar por 15 minutos en un horno precalentado a 400\u00baF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-144\" title=\"Yummy!\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/cocinadepalas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Alejo3-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cocinadepalas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Alejo3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cocinadepalas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Alejo3.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>PD: El Chef recomend\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ar con ensalada fresca (lechugas, aceitunas, tomates, aderezada con vinagreta) y con su botella de absentha favorita.
