{"id":1386,"date":"2020-06-18T13:17:53","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T18:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cocinadepalas.com\/?p=1386"},"modified":"2020-10-25T01:35:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-25T06:35:00","slug":"sopa-thai-de-pollo-con-coco-y-hierbaluisa-tom-kha-gai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cocinadepalas.com\/?p=1386","title":{"rendered":"Sopa Thai de pollo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Esta es una sopa deliciosa y f\u00e1cil de hacer, sin embargo tiene algunos ingredientes que no se usan todos los d\u00edas: pasta de curry rojo, salsa de pescado, galangal y leche de coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salsa de pescado la hab\u00eda comprado hace tiempo por Amazon y me la trajo una amiga que viaj\u00f3 a EEUU. Al final pongo una receta de c\u00f3mo preparar un substituto con salsa de soya y anchoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mucha atenci\u00f3n: no es lo mismo pimienta que pimiento rojo. Nunca est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s decirlo, la pimienta roja es una especia y el pimiento un vegetal. Las hojuelas las venden como red pepper flakes, son como unas peque\u00f1as escamitas rojas que a veces vienen con las pizzas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que ni siquiera intent\u00e9 buscar porque aunque en Quito hay mercados asi\u00e1ticos no creo que tengan esta ra\u00edz es el galangal. Para sustituirlo se usa jengibre, laurel y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida. Hay recetas de Tom Kha Gai que piden unas hojas de lima kaffir, tambi\u00e9n virtualmente imposibles de conseguir ac\u00e1, en esta receta se sustituyen directamente con jugo de lim\u00f3n<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"> <span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Este es el curry rojo y la leche de coco que us\u00e9, comprados ambos en Supermaxi. De paso, esta marca de leche de coco es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica que la tradicional Goya.<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
